The Script
This trio of Irish lads made waves when they released their debut single Together We Cry. O'Donoghue's voice flows like honey, soft and musical, but powerful when it needs to be. The touching lyrics go well with the unbridled emotions in his voice that allow the mood of the song to come through whilst avoiding dreaded cliches. He is romantic on tracks such as Before The Worst and The Man Who Can't Be Moved while being introspective on Together We Cry and Fall For Anything. The album ends with an exquisite lullaby in the ballad I'm Yours—a perfect way to end such a melodious ride.

This sounds like U2-meets-Timbaland, and we guarantee that it's a winning combination! Refreshing and thoughtful, it's ear candy that hooks you right from the first listen and will have you pushing 'repeat' on your CD player again and again.
